Forgiving Mother

I came down from my flat and saw the following:

A grandmother was walking with her grandson. The boy was walking in front of her. Then, she saw a bike rider was coming towards them. You know right, in Singapore, it's quite common bike rider ride on common corridor pavement. As the boy was busy with his toy on his hands, the grandmom alerted him in mandarin/cantonese about the incoming bicycle. Right after that, the bike rider stopped his bicycle, and they walked pass him.

No incident/accident, but after passing the bicycle, instead of reminding the bike rider, the grandmom with higher tone "scolded" her grandson for not being careful.
