A group of friends had lunch nearby Labrador Park. After finishing their lunch, friend John (not a real name), bought some fritters which costed him 40 cents per piece. A while later, after tasteing the fritters bought by John, friend Don (not a real name), went back to the same place to buy some fritters too. To his surprise, he was then charged 60 cents per piece. Don tried to reason with the shopkeeper and said that they were there during lunch time and just bought some with 40 cents. In the end, the shopkeeper sold them to Don with 40 cents.
To Don, the shopkeeper is not honest in doing business, and he promised to himself that he would never patronize that particular shop again.
If you're in Don's shoes what would be your reaction?
a. act like Don
b. forget about the 20 cents, but will never come back again
c. remind the shopkeeper about the honesty, but will patronize the shop again
d. none of the above, i've my own opinion...
